She has over 20 years’ experience in financial services across a range of industries and jurisdictions.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Within her role, Anna is responsible for all operational matters and manages JTC’s Special Situations BVI office, guiding clients throughout the life-cycle of their business, from incorporation to liquidation of their interests and dissolution of the company or fund. Additionally, she has a supervisory role in respect of regulatory matters and compliance, as well as acting as the BVI office’s deputy MLRO, developing internal frameworks and standards.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Anna has extensive experience within the distressed sector as an insolvency practitioner. She has experience providing advisory, financial analysis and forecasting services to fiduciaries. Anna also contributes independent judgement to board discussions through her practical experience, by providing strategic guidance and direction, governance and oversight.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Prior to joining JTC Special Situations, Anna worked at independent boutique firms across the UK, leading trading administrations and restructuring engagements.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Anna has expertise in both distressed and non-contentious situations, as well as restructuring and insolvency procedures, leading assignments involving offshore and onshore structures, as well as complex jurisdictions such as the Middle East, Russia and Eastern Europe.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Anna is a Charted Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
