Since 2003, Janusz has been supporting clients in the area of ​​economic criminal law.

He has gathered unique experience in cases that require an adequate assessment of the risks of criminal liability of individuals and organizations, preparation of a procedural strategy, and prudent support in crisis situations.

At Raczkowski, he has been managing the business criminal law, compliance and internal proceedings practice for 4 years, and previously for 6 years he managed the criminal practice at one of the largest, independent Polish law firms.

He was a judge of the Bar's disciplinary courts for 12 years.
