A former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, Richard brings decades of experience and insight from nearly 20 years in private practice at an Am Law 50 firm. He has tried more than 150 jury trials to verdict involving securities, healthcare, tax, and other high-stakes matters. Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and formerly holding a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, Richard is known for his prosecutorial perspective, litigation experience, and steady leadership in moments of significant legal risk.
