Jurriaan Braat is a Managing Director Enforcement & EMEA bringing well over two decades of industry experience to Omni Bridgeway. He is a leading authority in assessing and coordinating complex litigation and enforcement proceedings against corporates and sovereigns globally with a with a niche in political risk countries. He co-led Omni Bridgeway’s legacy European business from 2002 onwards until it merged with Omni Bridgeway Limited (then then IMF Bentham Limited) in November 2019. As Managing Director Enforcement & EMEA, Jurriaan leads one of the largest teams of litigators, recovery, business intelligence and asset tracing specialists. He is responsible for the company’s funded cases in EMEA, cross border enforcement team and a director for Omni Bridgeway’s joint venture with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank for the Distressed Asset Recovery Program (DARP).
