Paul is a Partner in William Fry's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. He joined the firm in 2016 having previously practiced as a Partner in another large Dublin law firm. He advises individuals and corporate clients involved in domestic and multi-jurisdictional contractual/tortious disputes and represents the Irish interests of a number of global corporations and Irish based entities. Paul has extensive experience of advising clients where issues arise involving financial litigation, which has included being lead advisor on behalf of two parties involved in separate Madoff related proceedings with an overall value in excess of USD$3.5bn.  He also acts on behalf of insurers, re-insurers and run-off managers in respect of complex, high-value insurance claims and coverage disputes.

Paul is admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland (non-practising). He is Vice President of the Commercial Litigation committee and a member of the White Collar Crime committee of the Union Internationale des Avocats. 

He is a member of the ABA International Litigation Group and Assistant Editor of the ABA International Dispute Resolution News.  He is also the Irish Expert of the International Distribution Institute and a member of the London Commercial Litigators Forum.
