Yvonne's area of expertise is litigation and dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, white-collar crime, medical malpractice, contract, inheritance and employment law proceedings, as well as international mutual legal assistance in civil and criminal matters.

Yvonne gained her special experience in the interface of civil and criminal law (in particular in the area of breaches of duty of care) as a member of the litigation team and as head of the business crime department of a renowned commercial law firm in Zurich and Basel. She has many years of experience in advising and representing companies and individuals in national and cross-border proceedings.
